I know this may sound strange, but I have been getting really bad data since switching to note 7. It comstantly switches between 3g/4g and I stay in a major city(Houston). Now I am aware of the recall and had plans to exchange before the recall was announced, but obviously that put a halt on my plans. I know the device will get replace but I'm now questioning if it's the device or the service. Reason being is that I had my sim replaced yesterday and used the s7 edge I gave my friend but still experienced painly slow speeds. I don't think I'm a heavy user(average under 30 gigs a month). Would like to know if Verizon has a new policy or if I'm just having service issues with my number.
