Anyone else annoyed by the location toggle?

Anyone else annoyed that the location toggle button toggles between no location services at all and high accuracy? And then I have to acknowledge 2 warnings every freaking time! Every other phone I've had with a location toggle goes between what the S5 calls power saving and high accuracy. Why not toggle between all the settings? Anyone have a solution?

No, I don't think anyone else will have solution rather than the samsung developers I think you should suggest the same to the samsung developers team.

put your location most to GPS only

hold the toggle, then it goes to the location menu , can choose modes from there.
still not the same though

Samsung recently released an app for the Gear 2 which toggles it on and off without any pop-ups.
