Not sure if OneUI can do it but Nova Launcher is able to.
I got three that I use:
- Face recognition: So I can turn it off when I go to the gym, don't need it unlocking, just want to control my music from the lock screen.
- Wifi-Direct: Since I transfer from my phone and tablet often.
- Storage: So I can unmount the SD card to transfer my pics to my PC.
I used to have one that shortcuts to power mode but now you can just long press it in the notification pulldown.
