Not really. It's far off from now and my device runs great as it is. I imagine the first build of it will bring bugs and problems. Unless the update makes my phone cook me dinner I could care less. I'm happy with the device the way it is.

I don't know. My note works perfectly. I have considered unlocking my bootloader to get the 5.0 leaks. But I am kinda tired of beta testing everything.

If offered will gladly take it. But my Note2 is perfect right now. I have no problems. Knock on wood! This is my best phone ever and I have had BB and 3 HTC devices. Happy ! I also use for my CD's. So easy to sync. And fast. Everything is fast
