Anyone else get the "data breach" Samsung email?

I'm not sure if it's true that no sensitive info (ss# or credit card info) had been breached but in the last week I have had to get a new debit card & debit card#, put security protections on my accounts & ss# because of someone trying to open credit accounts with my ss# & personal info and make debits on my debit account.

If you feel you're at risk, keep a close eye on your accounts and/or contact Equifax 866.349.5191 to put security & verification protections on your SS#. Equifax will then make sure that the other credit bureaus do the same.

Yeah, I got that too.

I've had my accounts monitored for some time now. I think I have 2 or 3 different monitoring services, all free thanks to prior breaches at other companies.

I got it,luckily I don't have a social security number to worry about!

Hopefully nothing important was actually taken though.

I received it also. Between breached Credit Card Companies & T-Mobile, I feel like I need counseling.

I finally put a freeze on my credit with all 3 credit agencies, but unfortunately, that still doesn't protect you from everything.

Maybe, instead of making videos mocking Apple for lack of innovation, they should put more emphasis on security.

So I reset my Samsung account password using Google. When I went to sign in again on my tablet I had a choice to use Google but when I try to sign in on my phone I don't get that choice. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
