This seems to be happening to me a few times a day. I have the 16 gig model and besides that, it runs great. Usually it happens when in transition from one app to the next.

Anyone else experiencing this?

What launcher are you using? I use the paid version of nova and I am having no issues at all. Not even with the lag others have reported.

I'm not using a launcher. I'm bone stock as far as the OS goes. I do have the latest update tho.

Same problem with the stock launcher on 4.3 32gb wifi-only. I don't want to rebuild all my folders in another launcher.

Yes, I am seeing them too on 16GB N7 with stock launcher & 4.3 - a few times per day.

I've been getting them as well. This issue began in 4.2 for me a few weeks ago and persists in 4.3.

Same problem with Galaxy Nexus 4.3 (it started in 4.2)
I have over 200 apps ?could it be a problem?
Some background Services like Facebook consumes a lot of memory too (around 50 MB)
For example is usual that after leaving Chrome, all the Homes are empty (no Crash or Force Close alerts) and takes a lot of time to reload the content (just icons and 3 widgets)
Any idea or solution? Thanks

Hi. I used to have multiple crashes of stock launcher on my Galaxy Nexus 4.3. I've found that Adobe Air application was the source of all crashes. I uninstalled Adobe Air app and...no more launcher crashes :-)

I had constant launcher crashes when pressing home button and cleared cache of Adobe air and my launcher seems to return to home quicker. You may be on to something. Now to see if the crashes stop. Didn't uninstall but cache clear hopefully helped. Thanks
