Anyone else having a problem d/l N.O.V.A 2 ?

anyone else having a problem downloading NOVA2, I have been trying for 24 hours to download it, it downloads for a but ten sop, I have to restart it, this keeps up, some places it says the d/l is almost done but then it stop and says it still have 182 megs to go, its been stuck on 182 for about 30 retries now

its in the market for .99 cents ...but I have not played it yet...CANT DOWNLOAD IT!!!!!!!

No problems downloading it here, 3g Xoom on my home wifi.... So far I haven't had much time to mess around with it though.
