Anyone else having trouble with wired headset(s)?

Just happened tonight, headset was working fine a few nights ago, not the mic will not work but I can still get audio from it. Tried multiple headsets, phone reset, etc. still no go. Any suggestions?

I've had problems with most of my phones; the jacks seem to go out easily, or can only hear our of one side, etc. I've always received a new phone; maybe you will, too.

The mic on mine has never worked. Wired headphones are spotty...gotta sit perfectly still. Not sure what the process is to exchange or know if they would. Kind of annoying, but I don't use it that much. Just a phone to me...not a media center.
