I'm on AT&T and upon trying to download the 5.1.1 update (via Settings > Device > About Device > Software Update) I'm getting the message the software update was interrupted. I'm currently on 5.0.2. Is my only option to take my phone to the Samsung guys at Best Buy?
To clarify, I have 23GB of free space on my phone. I've backed up and completed a factory reset. Any solutions I'm missing?
