Anyone else's "Floating Buttons" option not working at all for the Note 10+?

* PLEASE HELP * I could really make use of this feature... On your lock screen you have two "App Shortcuts". One in each bottom corner. You can change it to where they dissapear from the corners and only show up if you hold your finger on the fingerprint sensor after unlocking your phone. To do this you go to Settings>Lock Screen>Apps Shortcuts then click the option "Floating Buttons". Below you can also choose which apps are used for the shortcuts.
