That's impossible on Android without rooting, as far as I know. Encryption requires either PIN, password or (I think) NFC unlock, you cannot disable the lockscreen, and - also annoying - you cannot have a password for encryption and a PIN for unlock. The unlock code also is used to open the decryption key when you restart the phone.
