I get this at least once a week on my Charge. Does anyone know where this comes from?

Its verizion's feature phone email forwarder. You need to reply STOP and contact VZ cs and have them disable it in their system.

Google it. There's lots of info with various solutions to the problem, it looks like. Never seen it myself.
