Anyone get the Samsung keyboard cover?

My co-worker almost bought one for his Tab S2, but after seeing those bad reviews on Amazon, he decided to wait for more 3rd party keyboard cases to come out.

BTW, to answer your second question, in this YouTube video I do see the pointer moving around the screen when the user is using the trackpad...

I'm interested in it but the cost is keeping me from purchasing it.

i just got it last night, it works ok. the mouse pad is almost as responsive as my chromebook, but it likes to disconnect if another device tries connecting to the tablet"mainly blutooth devices"and i have to keep changing keyboard prefs. if you think your going to make a laptop out of it your mistaken, but you can connect a wireless mouse also"with an otg cable".
but i felt forced into buying the galaxy tab s2 9.7 wifi. what i wanted and had was the nexus 9 but the charging port got bent, so i took it back to bestbuy"where i bought insurance" and they tell me they aren't getting anymore nexus 9's and all they would do is give me a store credit. i looked on google store and they aren't out of stock so why can't they buy one from google"like i should have done instead of going to bestbuy". im not an IT, just a guy that has tought himself how to do things on computers, but with the nexus devices there was wugfresh nexus root toolkit that i used to root all 3 of my nexus devices, now im trying to figure out how to root the samsung device(and to top it off i was so looking forward to marshmellow 6.0, and this device is lollipop 5 which i have been using science last year. google's support of nexus is the main reason for only wanting the nexus 9. i have 14 days to try this out or figure out how i can get bestbuy to get me a new nexus 9. anybody have some helpful advice on how to make this samsung everything i wanted in the nexus?:'(

I bought the Samsung cover for my 8 inch S2. At first I didn't realize that the cover snaps to the tablet. But I love the cover. Works well.

I just purchased the keyboard cover for my Galaxy S2. I couldn't find the power switch. It wasn't located where the diagram said it should be. I've looked everywhere and can't find it. It's supposed to be on the outside of the device on the upper left corner. There is absolutely nothing not only in that area, but anywhere around the device. Any ideas?

Yes I do get the arrow pointer using the trackpad (once I worked out how to engage the trackpad - its the keyboard between the Fn and Alt keys.)
I love my Samsung Galaxy S2 Tab genuine case & bluetooth keyboard BUT:
Some keys typed wrong.
When I type ^shift 2^ to get an @ sign, it gives me " .
When I type ^shift '^ to get a ", it gives me an @ sign - the opposite of my request.
If I want a # ^shift3^ gives me a £ symbol.
I've returned it to 'ProGadgets' where i bought it and the replacement they sent me makes all the same mistakes!
Grrr very frustrating.
I wrote a terse email to Progadgets re getting a good one.
They wrote back to say they have never had the problem; they tested the one I returned and found it was fine; "You must have something wrong with your tablet"
Samsung repairs checked it out; re-installed the operating system but the problem continued!
I returned it to Officeworks Penrith and the assistant there said "Yeah, I've seen this before. If you set up with Language: English (Australian) but any other keyboard than th US keyboard, then errors occur"
He was about to take it back and did a factory reset. For one last time he tried the bluetooth connection and the Samsung keyboard worked perfectly!!
Saved.
I wrote back to the guy at Progadgets and apologised for my rudeness and that it was my Tablet, not their keyboard that was the problem. ;-P

I have the Samsung keyboard cover and I have two other Bluetooth keyboards. The two Microsoft Bluetooth keyboards I have experience different problems, one experiences multiple key presses when keys are pressed once, the other needs to be repaired every time the tablet's screen turns off. The Samsung keyboard case does not experience any of those problems. I really like how responsive it is although it does take some time to get used to the tight layout. My only complaint is the weight of the Samsung keyboard case, it weighs more than the tablet itself. I carry it with me when it is needed but I still keep my tablet in the original case I purchased rather than in the keyboard case.
