I can't believe this I am so mad. I was told to return my defective watch which I did a few days ago and they got it. So now they are sending me back my 6 trade-in . I was told and I wrote a note inside the box claiming this is defective watch already purchased a new one trade-in was waiting on this to come back. But they think I just flat out returned the watch and it says my trade-in is being shipped back to me. The supervisor said my account was noted and that once the defective got returned the trade-in would go to the new watch and then e-commerce said I would get my $50 RSVP back. So now I have to wait for it to come back to me just to re ship it it's crazy. I need to go look now on new watch what my return by date is and print out a shipping label I guess. And how do I know their sending me back my exact watch?
