anyone have the random camera lens shatter?

A few weeks back my camera lens on my S7 just shattered on its own. I have replaced it since then. Just wanna know if anyone else has had this issue.

I've heard of a few. It seems the glass lens was installed improperly and can't handle the stress of heating/ cooling or flexing. Still a rare occurance.

It just happened to mine, will be taking it down to the store where I bought it this weekend.
