Anyone have the stock Rom?

I messed up. My phone kept yelling at me to upgrade. I am rooted so I could not install the update. I decided to try cyrogenmod 10.1 to find out it is not complete. Plus none of the Samsung extras are part of it.

Now, I am looking for the stock ROM .I don't even care if it breaks my root.I keep running into forums talking about it, but no actual links to the ROM .

Anyone willing to help with a link to the stock ROM

This is the method I use. Read and follow the instructions and you will go back to MB1, stock unrooted with flash count reset. I've done this numerous times. It will wipe all your apps, contacts, etc so make sure everything is backed up to your Google account so you can restore it afterward. From there you can update to MD4.

I linked you to Sprint version of the GS3. If you're not on Sprint, you've posted in the wrong forum. Do not flash a file that is not for your carrier as you will see in the post I linked to.

Anyone else have a link to the ROM? While I appreciate TrueRain, the download for that is really, really, REALLY slow. It will take about 5 hours to download that ROM. Plus does 806mb sound right for the ROM?
