anyone having a problem getting the new hangouts

I keep uninstalling updates then reinstalling them but it only brings the app to 1.2 and says the app is up to date

I am having the exact same problem on an AT&T HTC One running 4.3. What phone are you using?

Google is making the update available in stages, like they do with other updates to their popular apps. You'll have to wait until your turn comes around.

Yep yet to receive it.....probably shortly after we get 4.3
