AC Question
I had to get a new phone in early April. My Galaxy 5 went black one morning and that was it. I went for the Galaxy 6 and have had nothing but problems. The first one had a strong lag time between touching the screen and having the phone react. I took it to Verizon twice. They did a factory reset and many diagnostics. Although they did not find anything actually wrong a replacement was ordered. I got that yesterday. Since then it has frozen up numerous times and given me a black screen 4 times. Verizon finally did a factory reset and ordered me replacement #2. Anyone else having problems? Wondering if there is anything else I can do. Thanks!
