Anyone having these problems

Okay so I pre ordered my evo here are some of the problems
one sense reloads after each time I do anything at all
second it seems like it has a mind of it's own
3rd most of the menus do not work right like if I want to play all tracks it crashes and sense reloads again but for the most part just about all of the menus do that

Sounds like the SW is borked on your phone! I'd try a factory reset to see if that gets things working again. Options > Storage > Factory data reset.

Keep in mind if you have setup Google Wallet, that you need to reset the app before you do a Factory Data Reset.
