Anyone here came from Pixel 3 XL?

Yeah, but I prefer the versatility of the S10+'s cameras. That wide angle lens is the best camera lens I've ever used. No joke. I use it more than I ever used the camera on the P3XL. I don't know why it took Samsung so long to come out with one. Yes, I know LG has had them for years, but who wants to own an LG phone?
Yea. I just for back from a trip to Montreal. I used the wide angle A LOT. I freaking love it now. After using all the cameras a lot over the week vacation, I find them decent overall. In bright light, they are great. Anything darker than that, the processing murders the fine detail. I hope updates can tone that down. One UI and the rest of the device is insane good. Hell, it's faster then stock Android was on my Pixel 3XL. Honestly, the only thing I really don't like on this phone is the in display fingerprint reader. I hate it....a lot. It's brutally slow and inaccurate.

I don't like it either. I don't understand why Samsung didn't stick with the capacitive fingerprint scanners.

One UI is the Foshizel
That is a fact. Despite loving all of the features, I wouldn't use a Samsung device because of TouchWiz. I'm not into switching launchers though I have in the past. With One UI, I've found a home in my S10+. Over the last week, I've ordered and cancelled the 3a XL 4 or 5 times. Main reason is I'm living Bixby Routines... Especially one I found on Reddit called car mode where if connected to the Bluetooth in my Tahoe, it'll turn the volume to 100%, unlock the phone and switch the lock screen shortcuts to Spotify and maps.

I've found that by holding the phone the way you'll hold it when you unlock during setup makes it great. Mine unlocks on the first try 99% of the time.

I tried that, and it worked perfect for a day or so. Now it's back to sucking hard.

I find that if my thumbs are too dry it's hard to unlock, but if it's not it works 99% of the time.
And I unfortunately have dry skin so I find myself licking my thumb prints alot to moisten them before unlocking my phone

LMAO

On man, I can see you constantly licking and unlocking lol

Personally I think that despite Pixel phones being excellent devices, Google needs to up its game if it wants an all-round device. It could do that in a couple of ways:

1. More RAM. 4GB of RAM simply isn’t enough for a flagship, especially when mid rangers also have 6 GB.

2. Better battery. No matter how much Adaptive Battery helps, having a 3400 mAh battery on a 6.3 inch OLED display isn’t enough.

3. A better design. Last year’s Pixel 3 and 3 XLs had an outdated and (the latter had) a massive notch. Slimmer bezels and a hole punch style front camera would be a whole lot better.

4. More cameras. When everyone else has dual/triple/quad cameras Google needs at least 2 if not more. A telephoto or wide angle would be nice, considering what Google can do with only 1 lens.

Add these to the great software and image processing and voila!

Coming from a Pixel 3, only the camera is better as even then, not by much. After a few bad RMA experiences with Pixel though, I won't be back for a while. Samsung build quality is excellent and everything including carrier features worked perfect out of the box.
