I think some chargers charge at slightly different rates to others, but if you mean as quickly as a wall charger, then no. Not yet, anyway, and I imagine once they do, the wired chargers will be much faster than they are now also.

They do not exist yet. Wireless charging technology will get faster eventually, but right now it is relatively slow ... especially compared to Quick Charge 2.0.

I have a Samsung Wireless Charger and it charges my Droid Turbo from 0 to full in about 4 hours, Not as fast as the Turbo Qualcomm certified AC charger, but pretty quick.
