Anyone remember this game?

Don't remember title or publisher, no luck in scrolling through my library in the play store. Free to play, polygonal, third-person-view. Your character is always slowly spinning, having to maneuver through platforms and randomly/procedurally-generated level geometry while avoiding enemies, unlocking different characters to play with as you go. The two things I remember most are that there was a secret code Easter egg; some mysterious keypad popping up when you stand in a crop circle long enough. I know some people figured out codes that brought them to screens with some other esoteric word salad, but I don't know if that mystery ever got solved. Also, one of the kids from Costume Quest was a playable character. Anyone remember this?
