Anyone send their phone in to HTC for replacement for a warranty issue?

I had my Verizon M8 for two weeks when the screen went totally black. Took it back and Verizon replaced within 3 days. I asked if they get a lot of returns/problems with the M8 and they said very rarely. Replacement is working great. Love my M8.

I am sending my HTC One M8 out to HTC repair center in Texas for the third time for microphone issues on Monday. My mic stopped working intermittently 20 days after I got the phone.

I bought a Verizon Wireless version unlocked when I was rep still in July 2014. I requested a new phone right away and they wouldn't do it. Nor would Verizon because it was technically unlocked which being a rep I thought was complete bull****.

So this is the 3rd time I requested that they replace my dud of a device and they refused. I petitioned that if the phone has the same issue the 4th time that I will demand a new device. I love HTC and support their products since the EVO 4G my first smartphone. I hope they do it right this time. I am beyond inconvenienced and 2-3 weeks after each repair it stops working again.

I sent my HTC one m8 to HTC for repair. The gps notification kept coming on every 5 minutes and nobody had any idea. 3 weeks later, they send the phone back saying they could not duplicate the issue and sent my phone to the wrong address. I wanted to use them bc I don't want a refurbished phone, however, I will not use the service again I don't think. I have no idea if the phone is fixed, but, I will know soon enough.

Am a real Fan of HTC , and am still using my HTC One Max , But right now am having little Problem , the Top side were you have the Top Frame in the front is spoil i need a replacement .
