Anyone still using their LG Urbane? Just bought one.

The Urbane section of the forums seems pretty dead, but I am wondering if any Urbane users are still using / happy with theirs. I could never justify the price of a Smartwatch so I never tried one but these things have horrible resale value which makes them a great buy used. I bought a Urban that looks like it was never used with 2 extra metal bands and everything that came with it new including the Best Buy receipt, all for $85. Having never owned a Smartwatch my reasons for wanting one were pretty simple, just needed notifications, time, and step counter. I was worried about the size of the watch but it's not really ridiculously big, almost the size of a regular watch, have had no problems with it other than the cheap charging pod that LG ships with it. The previous owner used a heavy stainless steel link band, I really like plain black leather bands, the weight of the metal band worked fine for the charging pod, when I took it off and put on a leather band it would say not charging, and wouldn't, I layed a paperback book on it and it charges, other than that no problems. And am now waiting on delivery of a 2 month old Samsung Gear S2 to try, not so sure how Tizen will work on a non Samsung phone, but it's worth trying out.

I alternate between my Lg urbane and my Gear S 2. Most of the time I use the gear during the day and the urbane at night.
The Urbane does hold a charge better than my art cellular s2 so sometimes my urbane does afternoom duty sometimes...

HI thanks for the reply, are you using your Gear S2 with a Non Samsung phone? If so any problems with using Tizen software on it? Thanks

Using both with a note 5...I actually like the software...the bezel has become a bit imprecise...

Mine is an everyday watch. I charge it every night, but it never gets below 50%. So much easier than pulling out my phone every 5 mins to see what the notification is.

Have used mine everyday for 2 years and still going strong. I did just order a Gear S3 frontier so I'll probably alternate.
