Anyone thinking purchase unlocked LG G7

got my vzw for 450 at Best buy. since they are my carrier, thought it was worth dealing with updates that come whenever they come, and a little bloat ware to disable.

Lucky. That's cheapest I see beside Sprint. People can always go to swappa.com for decent deal. Lowest I see is $475-$490.
Went ahead purchased from B&H. They offered free glass screen protector. Nice they offered Black color.

B&H is a solid company. I went the cheapest route possible and I do Metro PCS for $30 a month w/ a 2 gig plan and got an unlocked Tmo G7 on eBay days after it was released for $575.
My original plan was to wait for B&H to drop the unlocked price by $100 but I couldn't wait. Anyone who did wait should jump on this.

I have the unlocked V20, it's great no annoying carrier branding and extra boot logo or bloatware (some bloatware CANNOT be uninstalled like AT&T data monitor aka carrier spyware..).. already unlocked and no need to worry about buying a blacklisted phone.. however, the unlocked versions don't have FM radio so that's something to consider (I have T-Mobile and music streaming doesn't counts towards data).. plus a 3rd party used or 2nd hand carrier version is usually cheaper in price, just make sure there's no EIP.
Also some carriers especially Verizon and AT&T block features and customized the phone to their liking such as blocking smart connect features or data saving features.. (data on/off shortcut toggle).. Verizon blocked diagnostic mode and other servicing modes.. also Verizon was busted with the whole Snowden scandal so hard to trust some carriers.. stealing your data and trying to sell you stuff.. make sure you read the privacy policy..
BTW B&H is a legit place to buy, small family owned store in New York.. best of all NO SALES TAX (if you live outside the NYC) and free standard shipping which is huge especially if you're paying several hundred dollars.. that's another hundred bucks saved..

It says 4GB.. I think you have to wait for the "plus" or the "S" version... that's how they make money.. might be a few months..

If people want LG G7 6gb/128 gb. They can buy international unlock for $758 on Amazon. It won't have U.S warranty.

It won't work in the US. The one listing I saw is for the G710EAW which it looks like the add is lying about the compatible bands. LG's own site shows that it isn't compatible with US bands.

ordered mine from B&H too for $ 629, with NO TAX, getting it delivered Wednesday.....can't wait!

Have fun with it. The free glass screen protector they give is junk. It's not full adhesive in the middle. Can't believe it cost $20 for it lol.
I'm using the 6 GB unlocked G710EAW (G7+) right now. The ad is accurate about the bands. LG's site is not.
Band 2 and Band 4 are fully working.

What carrier do you use? I'm interested in getting the G7+ also, but I have reception concerns. All the bands seem to line up on this site:

It'll be missing Band 29 (I'm on Bell Mobility/Canada) but I don't think it'll sewer my reception quality.
