Anyone use TASKER?

Lots of people use it.
I have a profile to turn off wifi, BT, GPS, and set to vibrate on days I go to the office.
After work I have it turn on sounds and wifi.
At night it turns off notifications.

I also have it set to turn BT on when I receive or make a phone call, and when my phone reboots, it runs the scripts I've written to start cron.

It's a real powerful app. Steep learning curve, but worth the effort. Check out the tutorial videos linked from the Tasker website. They are a big help.

Oh yeah. I've used Tasker on many phones and I miss when not
installed. For the most part you're only limited by your own imagination.
I use it for some of the tasks that were mentioned earlier as well as voice
alerts that tell me I'm connected or disconnected to wifi, connected or
disconnected to 4g, connected various bt devices such as my car,
headphones, home speaker and so on. You can even set the led to alert
for different events with colors, flash rates.These are very basic and as
mentioned before the learning curve is steep so be ready to put so time
aside before you dig into this app!

Does tasked recognize the status if the spen? I.e. when it is docked or in use.

I have not gotten tasker to work. Can anybody try this task for me? I'm trying to do a simple disable keyguard task when connected to wifi, bluetooth, or while charging. It still brings up the key guard in all cases, even with the profiles active. Can anybody try this for me? Thanks.

Fantastic app! Here's how things work in my car:
1. Plug in iBolt xProDock
2. Dock mode launches CarHome Ultra
3. CarHome Ultra enables bluetooth
4. Bluetooth connection to my car launches Tasker task to disable pin lock
5. Turning off the car disconnects bluetooth or unplugging the dock disables bluetooth.
6. Tasker re-enables pin lock

That setup works like a champ for me.
