Anyone used the Razr M before?

I have the incredble 4g but smashed the screen and LCD. I'm planning on replacing it with the same phone or the Razr M. I really have no complaints for the incredible 4g besides the speakers isn't as loud as the incredible 1. I'm having a hard time deciding if I should stick with the Incredible 4g or go with the Razr M. Both will cost me the same and repairing it will cost more.
