Anyone using SetCPU or CPU Tuner?

So I've rooted and unlocked the bootloader, and am running CleanROM 2.0 (stock kernel).

Battery life is definitely acceptable, but I'm always looking to eek out more.

I'm curious if anyone has used SetCPU or CPU Tuner and can recommend either...as well as what settings work for them.
