Anyone using SmartSwitch to backup your phone to PC?

I see a thread about backing up photo's to the PC, but I'm trying to back up the whole thing like I use to with Kies for my S3.

When I go to the website samsung.com/us/smart-switch/ all I see is how to go from phone to phone. I'm not seeing any links for something to download on my Windows 7 client.

Am I on the right page or am I just missing something?
