Anyone went from Pixel 2 or 2 XL to G7 or V35?

Just curious if it's worth the upgrade with $300 Fi discount. How's the main camera? I heard mixed results. And can you use HDR+ with Google Camera app for better images?

Not sure about the camera stuff, but I have both a Pixel 2 and the G7. When I got the Pixel 2 I loved it and still have it, but rarely use it. The G7 is far superior. The display is perfect, bright and crisp. The touch latency is really good and the sound is perfect. You can't go wrong with a G7. If you get one, especially at a discount, you will really like it. Once you learn the camera and how to get the best from it you will get some great pictures. Every bit as good as the pixel but sometimes to have to work it more. 4k@60 is awesome and since the last update the phone is maturing into a great flagship. Battery and display are underrated and the audio is unmatched. Great to hold and use with iPhone like haptics. I have the blue and looks spectacular!

Thanks. I watched some vids and people say if you use Google Camera AP with HDR, pictures come out better then on Pixel.....no sure if true
