Anyone with a Moto Keylink Here?

I got myself one with my new Moto X. I have it set up, the phone sees it and I can ping the Keylink. However, I couldn't ping my phone with the Keylink. Double-pressing on the button causes the light to flash and nothing more. Is there another setting I should fix in the phone for it to work?

How did you get a KeyLink? I've wanted to order a few for stocking stuffers, but Motorola has been out since the day they announced its availability. I've checked every day.

Amen to that...I have been checking availability multiple times every day since it hit the Motorola Store and still haven't been able to order one. Kinda like trying to buy a Nexus 6, is it not?

T-Mobile sells it in their stores.

I found my answer. I didn't realize that the Connect app could scroll down. There was an option to turn-on the Find My Phone feature of the Keylink a few swipes down.

That's very similar to the way it works for the PowerPack Micro. Did you also get a warning stating that your phone's battery life would suffer? I got a message like that for my Micro, and it ended up not making any difference for me.

Thanks for the heads up on T-Mobile store selling them. Problem is that the nearest T-Mobile store is nearly 100 miles away from me though.

Did you scroll down on the settings on Moto Connect? Ping My Phone is turned off by default. I missed that setting when I first set-up my keylink too. Now it works perfectly.

I saw a Keylink at a T-Mobile store in an extremely heavy Senior Citizen area of Florida where most potential customers still have dumbphones, so when I am trying to find a sought after hi-tech device, I usually look around that area and more often than not I am able to find it there as the majority of people in the area have no idea what tech is nor care.
