Did you keep the same Sim when you swapped phones? Try getting another Sim.

I first got my M8 two wknds ago during the S5 rollout. My activation was bonkers with data on the old phone , calls and text on the new. By Monday afternoon the network/phone corrected the connection and Sprint bloatware started arriving.

Since then Ive needed to Update Profile and Update PRL twice to reobtain data connection.

Also CDMA Mode Only, can be more reliable until Sprint figures out the LTE Spark connection issue.

people love to say that but in some areas sprint is great. just like with any network. some spots are better then others. just depends on your location.

Not saying they aren't. Sprint didn't spend the time to update their network so it pales in comparison to other carriers. Just look at Sprint Spark for example.

Yeah not sure.my other m8 was flawless for two weeks. Than last Thursday I started having issues connecting to 3g almost everywhere and LTE in many places I normally get.... Not to mention I took my mom to dinner the other day and on the drive she was in the car on her old HTC one m 7 getting perfect 3g and LTE . so I exchanged my m8 for another. One I left the store same issues.

What you guys aren't getting is that Sprint is still upgrading the network, It isn't finished yet and it won't be for a while.

I know they are not finished. But there is still 3g and LTE that a lot of my friends are getting with their HTC one M7 and Samsung Galaxy phones. This m8 is only working at home on WI-Fi
