hmmmm. with "dock4droid" and "wave control" turned off (both of which are apps that have to be in notification bar to work) i get this

which is a vast improvement.
so does using these apps slow my phone in real use or just affect the benchmark??

hiding notification app icons using the new JB feature has brought my score back to normal.
dont know why... dont care lol.

I no longer have that screenshot but u believe it was the first phone on top, but that was the first day I had it

yeah probs mate. a fair test of ICS vs JB on quadrant would need factory reset phones.
i had a search on youtube and the only comparison used the gnex... think ICS actualy scored a bit higher than JB.
its only benchmarks though and only one benchmark.
the phone defo feels better with JB but il prob do a full reset the samsung recommended way to clear out all the crap

...or flash CM10
Clair has an old laptop with no battery and a dodgy charger connector so if i can fix the charge port, ill use that. not chancing a flash with a lappy that could cut out any second lol
