No that was a Google store promotion, but Verizon might have their own.

One thing to note if you order the Verizon version via the Google Store my understanding is that you get the buds as well. Also, in order to get the buds you have to manually add them to your cart and at check out it removes the $99. Good luck.

I tried that when ordering the Verizon version and it added the $99, did not remove it from the price of the phone. But if I put an unlocked Pixel and Buds in my cart the Buds were free ($99 subtracted from the phone ...same as free in the end).
