Anyway to use Custom App Icons on stock Launcher?

I have been using Launcher Pro, but it has now become too buggy, I like ICS stock launcher except I cant add my own personal app icons/labels..Is there a way to do this or are you stuck with the stock app icons?

I believe you can do this with Desktop Visualizer, and create shortcuts to apps. I don't think there's anything different about the shortcuts made through that, than the ones made from just dragging an app from the app drawer to the home screen, but I could be wrong about that.

I found out the hard way. DO NOT use the desktop visualizer widget to drag onto the bottom. Go from the desktop visualizer app and it will create a icon on your desktop then you can drag onto the bottom icons to launch.
