APN settings?

First how do I locate them in my phone? Second if I'm with AT&T I'm already set perfectly? Or do I need to change them? I read somewhere you can change them to make your data speeds faster? HELP!

My Nexus 4 worked out of the box but I entered a new APN since I have an LTE plan. Do you have an LTE account or HSPA?

It's not. It is HSPA only.

Works on carriers that support "Band 4" like Telus & Koodo in Canada...and T-Mobile in the US.

It "works". It's missing a huge chunk of hardware though, so it won't work very well.

Works great for me on Telus, no complaints.
Works the same as my iPhone 5 & my friend's Xperia Ion.
