App called “Error” in list when viewing system apps

I have an app in my list called ‘Error’ when I l. What is it? It has used 12 MB of memory used on average last three hours. 5.8 MB of data used in the last 10 days. 18% battery since last recharge. Only did a factory reset two weeks ago. Could it be spyware? Been getting blank sms message and messages pretending they are voice message notifications but they are in a different format to usual. Searched but can’t any info on an app named this?

Never heard of anyone naming any app or PC program Error. But if the phone isn't rooted, your only option is to uninstall it. (If it's rooted, just freeze it.)

Don't worry about RAM usage - Android will kill apps if it needs RAM for the app you're currently running. (The data usage would bother me, though.)
