App Drawer Disappears?

Sometimes, my phone will act really slow, and will not open up the app drawer. The app page shows up, but no apps are present. The Home icon shows up on the bottom of the app drawer. I have temporarily fixed it when it happens, by using ATK. I can also return to the homescreen using the hard button, but cannot using the touch button on the app drawer. However, this does not always work. Any suggestions to how to fix this would be appreciated.

Specs:
Droid Charge
GummyChargedFE2.0 (Froyo)
ImoseyOn Lean Kernel 1.2.2
Stock GummyCharged Launcher

If you need any more information from me, please ask. I would like to fix this as soon as possible.

I am also going to apologize if this is a repost, I tried searching but could not find anything.

I think that happens when you run out of ram and your phone closes the launcher.

I thought of that, but that doesn't make sense to me, because the home screen and all the widgets on it still work. I also only use that launcher...I may have to switch back to GO Launcher, and see if this persists.

I waited a while to make sure this works, so here goes:

Go Launcher seems to remedy the situation. I also tried another launcher as well, and it worked. This isolates the problem solely to the Stock Launcher.

Thanks to everyone who helped!
