App drawer freezing?

Has anyone else experianced the App drawer freezing right after you open it. Then after a second or maybe more it unfreezes? My wifes does this and shes a little concerned since its a new phone. Sometimes the screen is totally unresponsive unless you actually lift your finger and tap it a few times then the drawer starts to go. I did battery pulls and also a factory reset and it still happens. Thoughts?

I would take it back asap, its a brand new phone and you shouldnt be having any issues like that. They are going to factory reset it, but it will do the same thing, it seems to be a software issue. Dont stress over it, just let Sprint handle it. There was some guy on these threads that said his bottom buttons werent as bright as the store display and he took it back to get a new one. Yours is more serious.

I'm not sure what you mean by app drawer freezing?

i found sometimes i could not scroll down - but if i scrolled up for a quick bit then i was able to scroll downwards...

I too find that very once in a while the app drawer freezes for maybe 2 seconds. Not really a problem for me.

I've had it open up blank for a few seconds.
