App for autodial of a number in a text?

Hi, I work for an agency. We are informed when shifts are available via a text, we then have to ring the number in the text to book on to the shift. However if you don't ring the number very quickly the shift is filled and you miss out. I wondered if there was an android app out their or an app that could be written to automatically dial the number in the text. Thus improving my chances of getting a shift?
