App for incoming calls over Wifi

I am seeking an app that will allow me to RECEIVE free incoming VOICE calls over wifi. I wanted something that will give me a separate number with the service. I looked at Numbuzz and Fring..and neither gives a separate number. I also know about google voice. I already use that. But its not free. I don't want to use my mins. I dont mind paying for the app it self..But I would like to save my mins. Not trying to be cheap..but hey we all gotta save..I have a Lg Optiums..Thanks in advance...ms Anon..
