App for phone/text only

Is there an app out there that let's you ONLY do phone and text, then turn it back on to it's full beauty of social interecting/email/gps/whatever later?

Are you looking for a way to not use data at all or just shut it off for a while? Most carriers have a plan that only includes phone /sms for about $30 a month.

Or you can just turn data off in the notification area.
