You plan the foods, you want to eat. EatFit distributes them by weight so that you match your calories, prot, fat, and carbs.

For example:

You need to eat 2000 calories per day. 30% of proteins 30% fats and 40% carbs.
You have chicken breasts, oats, rice, eggs, bread, and avocados in the fridge.

How much of each food should you eat to meet your 30-30-40 goal and 2000 calories?

Here is the answer:

All weights are calculated by the app. You may change any of them and the rest of the foods will be redistributed.

You can set your PFC in %, grams, g/kg, or g/lb of weight.
