App getting crashed after sleeping time

Hi there.
I'm a junior member desperate to find a solution.
I want to start up my app straight from the adapter, not using the start button, in fact, I don't wanna touch the device. I need to plug it in and see it working. Is it possible? I have tried to put it to sleep, but, I have an app that after the android sleeps it doesn't work properly anymore. For some unknown reason. It's an app that runs videos and pictures... the pictures are ok and won't be a problem, but the video just doesn't come up again.

I don't think there's anything you can do. The video is going to stop once the device goes to sleep. Maybe adjust the screen timeout setting to be longer?
