App/Hack To pause/skip Music With Headset

Are any of you guys using or have you found an app/hack to pause,skip music like slacker with a headset? I don't really want to use a Bluetooth headset to do this.

So far I have used "headset button controller" that has worked on all my other android devices but does not want to work on this beautiful phone.
Any help is VERY appreciated.

i used to use poweramp because of all the features it has, but i do like the stock player. the problem is i cant pause/play music with both player. well, if you find out please let me know, thank you in advance!!!!
