App/icon shape

I bought a Google pixel 2. First thing I did was change the app icon shape. After my first update they all went back to a circle and the option to change them is gone. How can I change them? Thanks

Long press on a blank area of your home screen and go to the Home Settings. There should be an item there for change icon shape.
