App Issues

So my YouTube videos will periodically play with no audio. Bluetooth or non.

Also my camera app has crashed more times than I'd like to admit.

I did the clearing cache, restarting device and all. Anyone have any similar issues?

I find that many of these types of issues are solved with a factory reset.

If you don't want to go that far, try going into the app settings and cleaning data/cache and see if that helps.

Welcome to Android Central! Try testing in Safe Mode -- both of those apps should work (I assume YouTube was preinstalled). https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-note-20/safe-mode/

Also if you have a sd card , take it out and test again.
