App market no longer says Euro

So I have a droid x on froyo, and when i searched for the top apps, of course beautiful widgets was on top but instead of saying ?1.99 it said ~US$2.09. So does this mean I can buy stuff from overseas in the app market without calling my bank or does it mean that I still gotta call my bank to make a purchase overseas?

Still doesn't work for me, just tried to buy BW and it didn't work >.<
