App Not Compatible.

So, I have a Chevy and onstar; bought which have apps to allow me access to my car from my phone. I had to reset my phone and I'm pretty sure that's all I did and now my chevy app claims it isn't compatible with my phone but it was before...how do I fix this?

Sounds like an authentication error.

Whatever data authenticated you in the app is now missing. Have you contacted OnStar?
