I bought my Galaxy tablet to play music through Musicnotes and now it won't even open I tried all the typical routines to clear the cache and everything I've also sent an email to them waiting a response on Monday

Welcome to Android Central! Did you clear both the app cache and app data from the Musicnotes app in Settings>Apps? Or uninstall and reinstall again?
It may also be worth wiping the system cache partition on the tablet. We can help you with that if you tell us which tablet you have.
